Unable to build a new diagram or create a new project
If you are unable to build a new diagram or create a new project this maybe due to the web browser being used. Incident Insight works on all web browsers however, we recommend not using Internet Explorer. As older versions of Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer will no longer be supported by Microsoft going forward. As described in this article.
